पूर्णिमा तिथि 11 अगस्त को सुबह 10 बजकर 37 मिनट से शुरू होकर 12 अगस्त को सुबह 7 बजकर 5 मिनट पर समाप्त होगी. ऐसे में पूर्णिमा तिथि 11 को पूरा दिन है. ऐसे में आप 11 अगस्त को सुबह 10 बजकर 37 मिनट के बाद राखी का त्योहार मना सकते हैं. पंडित मनोज त्रिपाठी का कहना है कि भद्रा अगर धरती लोक पर भी होती है तब भी उसके मुख और पूंछ का समय देखा जाता है. भद्रा के मुख के समय पर राखी नहीं बांधी जाती लेकिन आप पूंछ के समय पर राखी बांध सकते हैं, यह शुभ फलदायी माना जाता है और इससे कोई दिक्कत भी नहीं होती. 12 तारीख को सुबह 7 बजे के आसपास पूर्णिमा तिथि समाप्त होकर प्रतिपदा तिथि लग जाएगी. प्रतिपदा तिथि में राखी नहीं बांधी जाती है. ऐसे में इस साल रक्षा बंधन का पर्व 11 अगस्त 2022 गुरुवार के दिन ही मनाया जाएगा. भद्रा पाताल लोक में होने की वजह से शुभ फलदायी साबित होगी. माना जाता है कि सूर्पनखा ने रावण को भद्रा में रक्षा सूत्र बांधा था इसलिए 1 वर्ष के भीतर ही रावण का नाश हो गया था. ऐसे में भद्रा काल में राखी बांधना वर्जित माना जाता है लेकिन पंडित मनोज त्रिपाठी का कहना है कि राम चरित्र मानस से लेकर वाल्मीकि रामायण में भगवान राम की बहन की ओर से राम जी को राखी बांधने का उदाहरण कहीं नहीं दिया गया है. इस वजह से शूर्पनखा द्वारा रक्षासूत्र बांधे जाने की कहानी पर सवाल खड़े होते हैं. वहीं, कन्या, तुला और धनु में चंद्रमा होने पर भद्रा का वास पाताल लोक में माना जाता है. ऐसे में भद्रा अगर पाताल लोक में हो या स्वर्ग लोक में यह काफी शुभ फलदायी माना जाता है. ऐसे में 11 अगस्त 2022 को भद्रा पाताल लोक में है जिसके चलते आप बिना किसी दिक्कत के 11 अगस्त को रक्षा बंधन का त्योहार मना सकते हैं और सुबह 10 बजकर 37 मिनट के बाद भाइयों को रक्षा सूत्र बांध सकते हैं. भद्रा के पाताल लोक में होने के कारण वह आपको किसी भी तरह का कष्ट नहीं देगी. रक्षाबंधन का पर्व पूर्णिमा तिथि में ही मनाया जाता है. 11 अगस्त 2022 को 10 बजकर 37 मिनट के बाद पूर्णिमा तिथि लग जाएगी जो 12 अगस्त को सुबह 7 बजे के करीब खत्म होगी. पंडित मनोज त्रिपाठी का कहना है कि रक्षाबंधन के विषय में इस बार लोगों में ये भ्रांति है कि 11 अगस्त को पूर्णिमा देर से आ रही है जबकि 12 को उदया तिथि में पूर्णिमा है इसलिए 12 अगस्त को रक्षाबंधन मनाया जाए. हालांकि, पूर्णिमा तिथि पर रात्रिकालीन चंद्रमा होना चाहिए. 11 अगस्त को पूर्णिमा सुबह 10.37 बजे से लग जाएगी और पूर्णमासी जिस दिन लग रही है, उसी दिन रक्षाबंधन का त्योहार मनेगा. यानी 11 अगस्त की पूर्णिमा में रक्षाबंधन मनाया जाना ही शास्त्रोचित है.
