मुंबई-पुणे एक्सप्रेस वे पर पूर्व विधायक विनायक मेटे की कार दुर्घटनाग्रस्त हो गई है.

फिलहाल हादसे के कारणों का पता नहीं चल सका है. कार की हालत देखकर हादसे का अंदाजा लगाया जा सकता है. हादसे में विनायक मेटे की एसयूवी कार के परखच्चे उड़ गए. उन्हें अस्पताल लाया गया, लेकिन उन्हें बचाया नहीं जा सका. सड़क हादसे में विनायक मेटे को गंभीर चोटें आईं थी. हादसे की सूचना मिलते ही उन्हें आनन- फानन में नवी मुंबई के कामोठे इलाके में स्थित MGM अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया था. मुंबई-पुणे एक्सप्रेस वे पर हुए सड़क हादसे में पूर्व विधायक विनायक मेटे की मौत हो गई. जानकारी के मुताबिक ये हादसा पनवेल के पास माडप टनल में हुआ है. पूर्व विधायक अपनी SUV कार से जा रहे थे. इसी दौरान हादसा हो गया, गंभीर हालत में उन्हें अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया था, जहां इलाज के दौरान डॉक्टरों ने उन्हें मृत घोषित कर दिया.
