रांची, जासं : राजधानी रांची समेत आसपास के जिलों में सावन के बाद भादो में हुई अच्छी वर्षा ने किसानों की बांछें खिला दी हैं। सावन मास में सामान्य से कम हुई वर्षा के बाद भादो मास में अब तक 339 मिमी की जगह 346 मिमी वर्षा राजधानी व आसपास के क्षेत्राें में हो चुकी है। जिसका सीधा लाभ किसानों को तो मिल रहा है लेकिन कृषि विज्ञानियों की माने तो देर से तेज मानसून का लाभ तो मिलेगा लेकिन शुरुआती दौर में बिचड़ा को हुए नुकसान से पैदावार में 20 प्रतिशत तक की कमी आ सकती है। जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी विकास कुमार के अनुसार जिले में अब तक 60 प्रतिशत खेतों में धान के बिचड़ों का आच्छादन किया गया है। जबकि अगस्त माह के अंत तक 10 प्रतिशत और बिचड़ा आच्छादन का अनुमान लगाया जा रहा है। जिससे 30 प्रतिशत तक धान का रकबा घटने का अनुमान है। इसका सीधा असर धान के पैदावार पर पड़ेगा और तय लक्ष्य के अनुपात में 20 प्रतिशत तक पैदावार में कमी आ सकती है। कृषि विभाग की रिपोर्ट की माने तो रांची में 1 लाख 71 हजार हेक्टेयर भूमि पर धान आच्छादन का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया है। लेकिन अगस्त माह में हुई अच्छी वर्षा के कारण अब तक करीब एक लाख हेक्टेयर खेतों में ही धान का बिचड़ा लगाया जा सका है। जबकि शेष जगहों के लिए विभाग व किसान लगातार प्रयास कर रहे हैं। बता दें कि पूरे राज्य में वर्ष 2017 में 17.35 लाख हेक्टेयर में धान की फसल लगाई गई थी जिसके सापेक्ष में 51.31 लाख टन धान की पैदावार हुई थी। वहीं वर्ष 2018 में 15.27 लाख हेक्टेयर में 28.94 लाख टन, वर्ष 2019 में 13.57 लाख हेक्टेयर में 36.12 लाख टन, वर्ष 2020 में 17.50 लाख हेक्टेयर में 49.57 लाख टन और वर्ष 2021 में 17.63 लाख हेक्टेयर में 48 लाख टन धान की पैदावार रिकार्ड की गई है। कृषि विज्ञानियों के अनुसार अगस्त माह में लगातार हुई वर्षा का लाभ किसानी को मिलेगा। यदि भरपूर प्रयास किए जाएं तो धान की फसल लगाने का रकबा 10 प्रतिशत और बढ़ सकता है। रांची जासं राजधानी रांची समेत अन्य जिलों में सावन के बाद भादो में हुई अच्छी वर्षा ने किसानों की बांछें खिला दी हैं। भादो मास में अब तक 339 मिमी की जगह 346 मिमी वर्षा राजधानी व आसपास के क्षेत्राें में हो चुकी है।

10 सितंबर 2010 को झारखंड में राष्ट्रपति शासन खत्म हुआ और बीजेपी के अर्जुन मुंडा फिर से राज्य में मुख्यमंत्री बने. 2005 में यहां झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा के शिबू सोरेन पहली बार राज्य के सीएम बने. 31 मई को शिबू सोरेन ने अपने पद से इस्तीफा दिया और एक जून को 2010 को झारखंड में दूसरी बार राष्ट्रपति शासन लागू हुआ. लेकिन 18 जनवरी 2013 को फिर से राज्य में राष्ट्रपति शासन लागू हो गया. 15 नवंबर 2000 को झारखंड के गठन के बाद यहां बीजेपी सरकार में बाबूलाल मरांडी को पहली बार राज्य की कमान मिली थी. जिसके बाद 28 अगस्त 2008 शिबू सोरेन दूसरी बार राज्य के सीएम बने.
