'Brahmastra' Review: Ranbir-Alia Film Is A Visual Treat With ... (The Quint)

Brahmastra Movie Review & Rating - Brahmastra Part One: Shiva is a superhero film with Ranbir and Alia in the lead. The film is about Indian mythology with ...

A battle between the forces of light and darkness (Mouni Roy) ensues and the visual spectacle is what keep us invested. Because the truth is worth it.) If the unnecessary parts about love and lovers could have been avoided the impact would have been stronger. For instance, there is 'Vanar- Astra', 'Nandi- Astra' (Nagarjuna Akkineni) and 'Prabha - Astra' (Amitabh Bachchan) with their strength on full display. The razzmatazz has enough ammunition to make us surrender to this ambitious set-up even if the execution can’t match it consistently through the 166 minute runtime. But Hussain Dalal’s dialogues continue to disappoint. His destiny is intrinsically linked to that of the Brahmastra. Rishi Munis for years did ‘tapasya’, prayed and meditated for the most powerful Astra of them all - Brahmastra. Of course, over the years we have had Ra.One, the Krrish franchise and the more recent Malayalam film, Minnal Murali, which ingeniously tried to make the Hollywood superhero genre our own. He is a young man who must awaken to his true calling.

Brahmastra Movie Review and Rating! - Filmy Focus (Filmy Focus)

Brahmastra starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt as the lead pair under the direction of Ayan Mukherjee has hit the screens simultaneously in Hindi, Telugu.

While the execution part in the first half is decent with a good interval sequence, the entire second half runs with rushed proceedings and has abruptly narrated scenes. To summerize, Brahmastra is a fantasy adventure that had an interesting storyline but is diluted by weak writing and an unengaging screenplay. Ayan would have focused on the writing part as the film lacks strong emotions as well.

Brahmāstra: Part One – Shiva Telugu Movie Review (123Telugu.com)

Release Date : September 09, 2022. 123telugu.com Rating : 2.75/5. Starring: Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Mouni Roy, Nagarjuna Akkineni, ...

The love story is dull and the VFX is overdone. There is no emotional depth in the film and this is where things fall flat. The major disturbance in the film is the way the VFX has been overdone. When the film talks about Astras and their universe it looks good. A lot of money has been spent on this film and that shows in the visuals. His story idea and the thought of creating an Indian Astraverse is good on paper. Too much graphics and flying in the air spoil the fun for the audience. Amitabh Bachchan’s role is not that effective to the narrative. The film is quite lengthy and needs to be edited right away. The amalgamation of the different Astras and making it into a story looks quite interesting. Ranbir was superb in the climax of the film. The film starring Ranbir and Alia has hit the screens in multiple languages today.
