Deputy Leader of Opposition in the Odisha Legislative Assembly Bishnu Charan Sethi passed away at the AIIMS, Bhubaneswar on Monday morning.

Congress Legislature Party Leader Narasingha Mishra said Sethi would be remembered for his remarkable discussions in the Assembly.
