Kite Festival

The 1st Bongaigaon Kite Festival was organized by Bongaigaon district administration in association with other allied departments.

The first prize winning team received Rs 10,000 while the second prize winning team received Rs 6,000 and a trophy. The Three Brothers' team won first prize and the 'Kite Champion' team won second place in the kite-flying competition. There was also a Bhogali Mela held parallelly with the event.
