गांधीनगर, एजेंसी। गुजरात के गांधीनगर की एक अदालत ने आसाराम बापू को 2013 के एक दुष्कर्म के मामले में उम्रकैद की सजा सुनाई है। इससे पहले कोर्ट ने सोमवार को आसाराम बापू को दुष्कर्म के मामले में दोषी पाया था। आज कोर्ट ने इस मामले में सजा का एलान किया। बता दें कि आसाराम पर दो बहनों ने साल 2013 में दुष्कर्म का केस दर्ज कराया था। बताते चलें कि कोर्ट ने आसाराम बापू को धारा 376, 377, 354 342, 357 और 506 (2) के तहत दोषी पाया था। कोर्ट ने धारा 376 (दुष्कर्म), 377 (अप्राकृतिक यौन संबंध) में उम्रकैद की सजा सुनाई है। इसके अलावा धारा 354 (आध्यात्मिक गुरु या शिक्षक के द्वारा दुष्कर्म का अपराध) में एक साल की सजा, धारा 342 (गलत तरीके से कैद रखना) 6 माह की सजा व 357 (अवैध तरीके से कैद करने के लिए बल प्रयोग और हमला करना) एक साल और 506 (2) धमकी में एक साल की सजा सुनाई है। Asaram Bapu गुजरात के गांधीनगर की एक अदालत ने आसाराम बापू को 2013 के एक दुष्कर्म के मामले में उम्रकैद की सजा सुनाई है। इससे पहले कोर्ट ने सोमवार को आसाराम बापू को दुष्कर्म के मामले में दोषी पाया था।
