After dropping away from Barcelona in La Liga and losing in the Spanish Super Cup against their eternal rivals in January, Madrid took a step away from crisis talk with this victory. Valverde doubled Madrid's lead at the start of the second half, taking one fine touch to control a loose ball in the box and then blasting home with his second. Vinicius fired wide from a tight angle and Rodrygo hit the post with a dinked effort after pressing well to win the ball back. "It was very special to score the goal and celebrate with them, now we have to rest and work well to win the final." The European champions took the lead just before half-time with a Vinicius chip and then Valverde smashed in the second soon after the break. Rodrygo added a cool finish in stoppage time after a slick combination with Dani Ceballos and youngster Arribas wrapped up the win.

Former Real Madrid midfielder Isco Alarcon made a bizarre revelation involving legendary Paris Saint German star Lionel Messi which left many shocked.

Isco was already in Germany earlier this month, where he reportedly underwent a medical with the club ahead of a proposed move to the Bundesliga. The Spaniard was all set to join Union Merlin after reportedly passing medical test in Berlin, but the club called the deal off at the last moment citing their limits. Isco confessed in 2013 that he named his dog 'Messi' because Messi and his dog both are best in the world.

Martin Odegaard arrived at Real Madrid at the age of 16, after a film-like recruitment process that took him to the major training centers of Europe.

"I started the first two games of that season in 2020-21, but I wasn't fully recovered. "I stopped playing with the spark that was typical of my game. I was stuck in the middle. "Maybe if I had been Spanish, they would have given me a little more time to grow up. It made it easier for them to write about how I was struggling to adapt. "I talked about it a lot with my dad and the rest of my family. In the first team I was just a kid who came to train. "I know you've seen the pictures. But they were all very nice, and the ones who spoke English looked after me a lot at the beginning." At the time, I loved Isco, he was so smooth on the ball. Suddenly, I'm sitting next to Madrid legend Emilio Butragueno, who's wearing a very smart suit, of course, and I'm being introduced to the world. He's this legend I grew up watching on TV, and now I'm sitting in front of him eating steak."

In the first-team, I was just some kid who came to train. And the manager of that team? “They were Champions League holders with the best players in the world. Okay, I am ready for Bayern Munich vs. VfL Bochum...are you?

Let’s take a look at what we have on tap for this episode: Real Madrid and Liverpool FC are also vying for the midfielder. According to Calciomercato, the Bundesliga side are only interested in Kane in their pursuit of a new striker. [Kane apple of Bayern’s eye for summer (The Boot Room)](https://tbrfootball.com/harry-kane-the-only-striker-bayern-munich-want-this-summer/) Until we start seeing some of that, I just can’t buy in that Kane is eager to leave England. Look...there is no doubt Bayern Munich has interest in Kane. Bayern meanwhile, appear to be ready to put all of their eggs in just the one basket when it comes to signing a new goalscorer. But they are not running away with the title, as they sit just one point clear of Union Berlin. Bayern are currently top of the Bundesliga. A huge offer is needed for Bayern to even consider selling. A massive offer from Los Blancos might be the only way that Bayern Munich would consider a sale: However, Bayern are determined to keep the winger.
